A numerical investigation is performed to study the thermal-hydraulic performances of tube-on-sheet heat exchanger. Especially, this paper focused on effects structure parameters (fin angles, fin lengths, pitches, widths, and tube arc radius) characteristics The exchanger optimized structural are obtained. results reveal that main performance angle, length, pitch, width. Furthermore, decreasing width or increasing length cause thermal hydraulic increase. In addition, low temperature corrosion radius length. Decreasing can mitigate corrosion.
